Pamper your baby's skin

Small kids are a bundle of joy that are gods gift. However these tender bodied babies also have delicate skin that needs to be taken care of. From the time a child takes birth its skin begins to experience various external factors like exposure to the sun and UV rays ,the elements of nature and the changing weather and also bacteria, viruses, insects and other organisms. It becomes imperative to cover the little ones. It is important  to chose clothes that are soft to the touch and let air pass through them. Cotton is the fabric of choice when it comes to a baby's clothes and only soft cotton garments should be used as the first layer of protection from the external elements.
Though depending upon the weather other layer of clothing may be chosen.
Soft cotton does not scratch the delicate skin of babies and also lets air pass through and soaks up any perspiration or wetness thus keeping the skin dry and helps reduce the possibility of infections.
Secondly There is the need to get the baby diapers. This is no simple decision for parents as there are a number of options available.
From cotton nappy's that are washable and can be reused to disposable diapers that are use and throw. Here one must note that all disposable diapers are not the same. The decision of selecting the diaper for the baby is not a small one. As a wet diaper can result in discomfort for the baby and irritation of the skin. This can lead to rashes and skin infection and a lot of pain to the baby and thus one may find the baby keeps crying when in discomfort. So it is of utmost importance to check and change the baby's diapers at regular intervals.
Selecting a disposable diapers like Pampers Premium Care Pants enables one to put on and take off the diaper very easily whether the baby is awake or sleeping. The cotton like touch of the Pampers Premium Care Pants is #SoftestForBabySkin  so wearing it makes the baby feel comfortable and at ease. It keeps the baby dry for long hours by absorbing all the liquid from its surface and keeping the baby dry for long hours and reduces the chances of the baby getting a nappy rash.
Thirdly: always try to be extra careful while washing the baby's clothes. It is recommended to wash them separately and use extra rinsing with water to enable that the baby's clothes do not have any detergent in them which may irritate the soft and delicate baby skin.
Fourth: Keeps the baby's skin always hydrated by ensuring the baby is given a regular intake of water ,milk and dairy products to keep the baby hydrated and skin nourished
Fifth
A regular body massage with oil keeps the baby's skin healthy. Even while giving the bath use a baby soap that is chemical free. Thus the baby's skin would not get irritation and allergies due to chemicals in the soap. Also use a cream to moisturize the baby skin.
Baby's at times scratch themselves with their sharp nails this can cause their skin to break into a rash or if the skin surface is broken then it can get infections so trim the nails regularly with a baby nail cutter.

Taking care of your little one's skin

New born’s  are a gift from God. They need a lot of care and attention. A baby's skin is very delicate and a dry skin is a common problem faced by them.
In winter the cold and dry weather and the use of heaters, deprive the baby's skin of its natural moisture. In the summer, the dry heat, exposure to the sun and the air conditioning makes the baby's skin dry. If the air is dry because of the heater or AC, leave a bowl of water in the room where the appliance is on. This will help as the water evaporates and moistens the air. Bathing dries your baby's skin as it removes the natural oils along with the dirt. Keep bubble baths and water play for special occasions only. Use warm, rather than hot water. a mild, pH-neutral cleanser which is much gentler on your baby's skin than regular soap.
If your baby has dry skin, try to give it an oil massage after the bath. Applying oil just after drying will help seal in the moisture of the bath and allow the skin to get hydrated. Make sure to use a light oil that gets absorbed well and apply only a thin layer of oil. If the oil does not get absorbed fully and your baby stays oily, the oil can lead to skin irritation, especially in hot and humid weather, when your baby is likely to sweat.
If baby has very dry skin, consider moisturizing twice a day or even after every nappy or diaper change. In winter, keep the baby well covered, including his hands. Hands tend to get ignored but they dry up fast so apply cream or moisturizer on his face and cheeks. Mix a few drops of almond oil in yoghurt and apply this mix on your baby's body. Let it rest for five minutes and gently rinse it off with lukewarm water. Yoghurt is believed to be an excellent cleanser and moisturizer.
Turn on the hot shower so that the bathroom steams up. Sit with the baby in the steamy bathroom. Steam will help moisturize your baby's skin and will keep his nasal passages clear. But do make sure that it's not so hot that your baby gets scalded. Also, make sure his clothes and hair are dry after sitting in the steam filled room.
If rashes or other skin conditions are making your baby irritable, try baby massage. Gently stroking and massaging baby's skin can not only help boost relaxation, but it may also lead to better sleep and reduce or stop crying. Best product to avoid diaper rash is Pampers

Dollops of Auspiciousness and Good health with Organic Cows Ghee

Opening a bottle of Organic India's Cow's pure ghee make my nostrils experience a familiar aroma. It is the aroma of Pure Ghee made from Cows milk. This aroma take me back in time to my childhood days when all the cooking in the household used to be supervised by my grandmother and only pure ghee made from the cow's milk was used in our household. Cows were an integral part of nearly every household and their milk was used to prepare the ghee.
My grandmother always used ghee for cooking food and sweets and it used to be  an intrinsic part of the puja ritual.
The word Ghee brings back memories of my grandmother (both maternal and Paternal) elaborating about the benefits of Pure Cow Ghee. In fact it is a tradition in many a households including mine to incorporate Pure and natural Cow Ghee in the diet. Cow's Ghee is considered to be so beneficial that it is used to give baby's a body massage as it helps strengthen the muscles and bones.
Pure Ghee made from cow's milk has been an important part of our lives.

Cow's Ghee is full of nutritive qualities. Its regular consumption enhances physical and mental strength. It keeps the body healthy and also helps in taking out the toxins from the body. It enhances eye sight, keeps muscles and tendons healthy. Cow's ghee is good for heart and optimizes the appetite. It is believed to increases intelligence and memory power.

It Rejuvenates skin from inside as well as well from the outside. It detoxifies the body and boosts the body energy. With the use of cow's ghee the entire body gets rejuvenated and we become better equipped to face the stresses of modern day life and a fast paced and stressful routine. Ghee helps in equal distribution of fats in the body. It is also a trusted anti aging ingredient. No wonder why our dadi and nani (Grandmothers) always recommended cow's ghee.

Its festival time and we only use Cow's Ghee for Puja as lighting a cow's ghee lamp is believed to have the capacity to attract the satvik or positive vibrations. Thus a Ghee lamp is not only considered auspicious but is also a must for many a religious ceremonies.

It is a belief that an oil lamp can attract the sattvik vibrations spread over a limited distance where as the ghee lamp can attract sattvik vibrations spread upto the Swarga Loka (heaven) thus the use of Pure cow's ghee is a must in every Hawan (Homage to the gods)
When we use ghee lamp it helps to purify the atmosphere. If a lamp is lit with pure ghee made from cows milk, the vibrations are said to be in communion with Gods & deities.
'Lighting Pure cow ghee diyas or lamps' is considered as auspicious so people light up an earthen lamp Pure Ghee diya in their homes and temples as it is considered to attract the blessings of goddess Lakshmi the bestower of wealth.

Organic India's Cow's pure ghee is made from the pure milk of mother cows. The cows whose milk is used are organically raised and they are not exposed to harmful chemical pesticides, artificial hormones or radiations which all may be found in non organic ghee. This cow's ghee is pure and organic as it is made from milk obtained from cows that are fed grass which is without any impurity.
Cows milk is considered to be sacred and its ghee is one of the purest form of milk which is extracted from its butter. Cow's milk has many medicinal qualities. Since ghee is the purest form of milk, it has it's highest qualities.
